Workshop Managing Change – a half-day workshop  Details: 4th October 2017 0930 – 1230 hrs £150 + VAT A12/J25

Overview:

Change is always with us but never more so than now. Business today takes place within a fast-paced and increasingly competitive environment.

Without change companies lose quality of service and competitive edge. In response organisations are restructuring, often with considerable departmental impact. But many changes are smaller, often triggered by ever-advancing technology – how we work and the tools we will continue to develop – change really is constant!

Managers recognise the team as a key resource. But much of how it traditionally works has changed; teams are smaller, merging, working remotely … The team culture is changing as members are encouraged to work inclusively – to draw on considerable expertise to solve problems – to do more with less!

How managers and their teams respond to new challenges will reflect on departmental outcomes and the wider inter-company perception. A positive response will both benefit departments and support and empower teams to achieve in evolving business climates.
This practical, interactive workshop provides managers with a rare opportunity to stand back and review with other managers the reality of constant change. On completion managers will:
