Recent outplacement and voluntary severence services have supported staff and management drawn from hospitals, insurance companies, engineering and food manufacturers, petroleum supply companies, universities and local authorities.

Focus for Change supported the closure of a private hospital helping over 150 redundant employees including professional (consultants, doctors, nurses) technical, administrative and operational staff with a universally successful outcome.
